Walmart would be a good place to walk since it is airconditioned! The only thing that would stop me is that every time I go in there I spend money!! I'm addicted to Walmart! hahaha
 
Wow! 100lbs? That is great. I can't wait to get there. Take it easy on your body. If you are really sore, take a day off. I would ask the doc about the bruises. Sounds a bit funky. Congrats again!
 
Thanks Pineola! You will get there! It just takes time. It's taken me 3 years to get where I am! This is the first time I've ever been really serious about it though. You're doing great with everything so I know you will get there!! :)

Okay... last night I went to a football game.... the West Monroe Rebels. They are a high school team but treated like a professional team going into the playoffs. Apparently that's just how it is here. It was fun though! They won but that wasn't a shock to anyone because supposedly this team is awesome. They go to the state championships a lot! Who knows... all I know is that I had fun and I'm glad it stopped raining when we went to the game.:) The best part by far was when my 11 year old sister-in-law turned to me and asked me if the man with shaved legs was "contoversial"! hahaha. I told her that some men just like to shave their legs and she was confused as to why. I was just shocked she used the word controversial!

Alrgiht... back on the diet today! I pigged out yesterday and ate lost of bad food! It's my Saturday ritual and seems to be working really well so far!

I've never been to a football game (or any sport, really). I'm not that into sports, but I'd love to go once, and just get caught up in it all:D

I think every one needs a cheat day once in a while. I think I have lettuce coming out of my ears. But that chocolate yesterday was ooohhh so good.

I think I need to drive what I walk to figure out how many miles I do, not quite sure.

I love footballs games, mostly though, to watch the band at halftime..I was in the dance team in highschool and I just love watching them.

You are doing amazing! Keep it up. WHOOOHOOOO GO HF!

It's supposed to rain tomorrow! :( I hope it doesn't.. I really want to get my 5 miles in! I measured myself today and overall I've lost a total of 6.3 inches over my entire body in the past 2 weeks. The biggest loss was 1.5 inches from each thigh!!! I really hope it doesn't rain tomorrow!!

Sorry its been so long, just catching up on your diary and things seem to be going really well for you. I am so pleased, you are such an inspiration to me. Its really nice when you measure yourself and you have lost inches, I think its a really good way to measure progress because you can actually see that you are getting smaller. Well done on your little dinner/friend outing, I completely understand how you feel about being anxious around new people and making new friends. I am the same, I am very outgoing with people I know well but put me in a room with some new people and I hide in the corner, can't seem to think of anything to say to them.

Just want to say a SUPER WELL DONE for all the exercise you have been doing, its amazing and you are a total inspiration. Keep it up!

Way to go on the 100, to me its just a number, but then I made it into kg, and my goodness thats 45,45kg!!! Thats amazing!!! You must/should be so proud of yourself (not that you need to be reminded of that, you sound to be in a great mood) I am so happy for you!!
And on a smaller note, congrats with finally getting your new shoes:) They been a long way coming, I hope they are just what your feet wants!
You weekend seems great, would love to see an american football game.. maybe some day, though I am a little confused with the whole man shaving legs thing... But hey, everyone to their own fancy be true:) Well, see you around, have a nice day...

Rubber Duckie!!! You are back.... :) I know what you mean about hiding in the corner... really stinks! I'm glad I'm not the only one though. I've been exercising hard for two weeks and my body feels stronger! This is the first time I've actually put the :when you work out you will lose weight faster" saying to the test!

Mahatt- I'd rather say I've lost 100 lbs instead of 45 kg... bigger number hahaha. I AM so happy I got new shoes!!! I wore them all weekend to break them in! I think that Danny wanted to make sure I was going to stick with exercising before he spent money on shoes for me. I don't have a great track record with staying involved in something for long. :) But after he saw the blisters on my toes from my other shoes he bought me some! haha. I got some New Balance with purple on them! About the man who shaved his legs- some men just do that. I thought it used to be for men who played sports but it isn't always the case. I dont' particularly like it though. :)


Alright!!!! I am pumped to exercise today!! I have new shoes that feel great!!! yay! Ok... going to get ready then harrass my mother in law...haha. I found a bunch of old pictures of me and she wants to see me when I was young so it will be fun. :)

Ate a bunch of tortilla chips tonight... feeling kind of sick. yuck. what i really want is some ice cream! NOOOOO!
 
Wow, look at you walking your thighs off! Your sister in law cracks me up. Maybe you need to have a talk with her about metro-sexuals! I'm so glad you got some new shoes. You can't go without comfy shoes. It is a sin! Keep up the good work and thanks for the encouragement!

I Need A Massage!!!

Exercise done!!! Now I just have to stay away from those chips!:eek:

Walk- 6.2 miles
Weights- 40 min
Pilates- 20 min

My mother in law and I decided to do our walk backwards... the hills are bigger this way and we about died!!! Oh well... my butt will thank me when it's firm!! :rolleyes: Ok... I think I'm going to go and pass out now. Hope everyone has a great day!!

Thanks Diva Mommy!! I'm glad my working out inspires you!! It inspires me to sleep...haha. I really want to start dropping dress sizes so I've been trying to work really hard! :)
