I have offically hit my lowest point

Wow an hour on the treadmill is a lot. I'm working on 20 min on the bike but I get bored easily. I'm going to try a few different types of exercise and see which suits me and gets results.

Like you I've been down before and while I lookedokay dressed...naked was another story entirely!! I need toning and loss so I'm going to try turbo jam and kettlebells if I can do them and a nite of boxercise and maybe aquafit.

I'm so glad to see someone else with a good bit to lose like me!!

We can do this!!

well its weigh day and im down 2 lbs- so thats 3 overall this week if you count the 1 i was down last 5 days ago

Yeah, wow, a stone is a lot! Good job, that's SOOOO awesome!!!! You're just blasting right through this!

weigh day tomorrow

oh well here we are again- weigh day tomorrow- eeek. id love to have lost 2. im just not sure this week its hard to know and im usually wrong:)

loads of people noticing my weight loss now and im gone down a dress size:) yay!
 
Way to go, Irish! Being down a dress size is a huge thing! Wooooo! I got a new skirt in Monsoon but their sizes run big anyway and it's a 16! I'm not in the least sure I'm really a 16 plus it's a bit snug but at least I've gone down and not up!

im just back from weighing myself and i was actually correct for once:) im down another 2 pounds. i am out of the 16s and into the 15s now. im 15 stone 12, i have not been that in ages. im v pleased
 
weighed myself a day early this week and im down 2lbs. im actually a bit disappointed with that because i worked out every single day sometimes for over an hour, i really pushed myself .

another thing thats annoying me is my sister started her diet 2 weeks ago, she wasnt able to make it to gym all week because her car broke down and she lives miles away, so she did no exercise and even went out saturday night and she still lost 2lbs.

I dont get it she did nothing and i did everything and we lost the same weight.

Not that im not happy for her loss but its kind of disheartning when someone does nothing and still gets the same result as you:(
