I will starting with new 21 weigh loss program from

What i Want ?
lose 10 pounds in 21 day
be focus and motivation

How i want make it ?

-Running every day - 30 minutes
-work out from this program
-diet from program

Why am i made this thread ?

I want have motivation and be focus and maybe another person starting her own diary ;)

Can You help me be motivate and tell me good word ;)

Hi Marry & welcome to the forum. Do you have plans past the 21 days? Is 10lbs all you need to lose? I don't click on links, unless they are put in by trusted friends, so won't be looking at whatever method you are using. I hope it works for you though. Cheers, Cate.

Hi Cate ;) Yes i have plan on this 21 days with method with i searched in internet ;).Actually i want lose 10 lbs in 21 days , then i want see results ;).I don't know about that method works ;), but i must try.

DAY1

after breakfast 30 minutes running

Breakfast- Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal
Snack- String cheese and grapes
Lunch- Garden Salad with Lemon & Oil Dressing
Snack- A clementine (Cutie) orange
Dinner- Skinny Lasagna Rolls with Classic Tomato and Cucumber Salad

3 L water

Workout from method

weight loss - 0 actually
