i got some ?'s

ok i am 6'5 and weight 280 wanting to lose some weight i lift alot bout 3 times a week right now whats the best thing for me to do and what does mose people weight when there 6'5
 
When I post this, keep in mind there is no "healthy weight", people who are in shape with a lot of muscle mass will obviously weigh more than someone who just sits around. The best thing to lose weight, is to eat healthy.

This puts me in the severe overweight, as it will many people with actually healthy bf%. Again the only reason I showed you this chart is because you asked, otherwise I wouldn't reccomend it. You should worry about what's a healthy bf%.. Anything over 30 is bad.(male)
 
ok i see what your saying about the chart! I have just been lifting weights every other day and i have switched to drinking water all the time now no soft drinks just trying to loose some weight
