i have started going to a gym i have lost 11 pounds but my weight keeps on going up and down alot i drink water i do 45 cardio a day and lift everyday different body parts! i am taking a supplement what do you guys think?
i am asking if i should do anything different i am taking no-xplode people say it will make you gain weight but i have lost but i do lift everyday and do 45 mins to an hour of cardio a day
3 to 4 pounds up and down i dont weight more than i did when i started i always weight less but it still goes up and down everybody tells me not to worry about it i was just wondering what you guys think i am slimin up losing fat
do you weight yourself in the day or right after you get up? if u do it during the day it will depend on how much u have had to eat/drink u should weight yourself in the morning right after you get up.
