i got some ?'s

i have started going to a gym i have lost 11 pounds but my weight keeps on going up and down alot i drink water i do 45 cardio a day and lift everyday different body parts! i am taking a supplement what do you guys think?
 
i am asking if i should do anything different i am taking no-xplode people say it will make you gain weight but i have lost but i do lift everyday and do 45 mins to an hour of cardio a day

How much does your weight fluctuate? A lb all 11lbs? Provide some friggin details. If its a pound or two, dont worry about it.
 
3 to 4 pounds up and down i dont weight more than i did when i started i always weight less but it still goes up and down everybody tells me not to worry about it i was just wondering what you guys think i am slimin up losing fat
 
Dont worry about that as much as you should worry about periods and commas. Small weight fluctuations are fine. Stop using the scale so much.
 
do you weight yourself in the day or right after you get up? if u do it during the day it will depend on how much u have had to eat/drink:p u should weight yourself in the morning right after you get up.
