I Find This Funny

I always used to wonder how i would get enough protein in my diet, so i bought protein shakes. Now that i started using fitday, i keep track of everything, and i get way more protein than i need. I weigh 133 pounds, and i've been getting over 200 grams of protein a day, sometimes really close to 300. Seems like it becomes a lot easier once you really keep track of what you're eating. Plus i'm not eating fast foods or anything like that anymore, so the things i eat aren't loaded in fat.

Sure, here goes! 11 cups of milk, 3 scoops of weight gainer shake(4 is the recommended amount), gatorade, a small bag of peanuts, a banana or 2, 2 string cheeses, a frozen burger patty that i BBQ my self, and about a pound of carne asada. the carne asada is just waht i had for dinner one night, normally i dont' have it so i get a little over 200 grams.
 
milk is great for gaining weight, and a great source of protein.. im just curious, but what type of milk do you drink? skim, 1%, 2%?
