I don't have any before pictures to show but I started a pretty rigorous workout/eating plan before my trip to Belize. Goal... nice abs. I wasn't planning on a six pack necessarily but in this picture of me on my vacation I noticed the lines are there! Stoked : ) I thought I'd share my goal completed. Next goal...killer lower back. Any suggestions on the lower back? I hate deadlifts, I don't know what my deal is but I seriously can't stand doing them...is there anyway around them?
