Hi I am new here, I am so pumped to find a forum like this. I am 29, a mother to 2 beautiful daughters and I am determined to not be fat when I turn 30. I can't bear the fact I let myself get fat while being pregnant, but here I am. I would like to be around 140 as I am 5ft3 that is a good goal for me. I am just starting all this again, last year I dropped 30 pounds only to put it back on, my first yoyo. It was devastating. I am about to start gillian mckeiths you are what you eat I just wanted to get past the holidays. Tomorrow I start the detox day. I am a little nervous but I think it will go well. She seems like a smart lady.
