How long has it taken you to lose that amount of weight? How many inches, cause you look way different!...CONGRATS!!thank you !!!!no not the ball yet i have to get one....i just used the 2 pound weights...and yes i do it at home i buy dvds of it. and to eat i eat normal but i dont eat the junk food like i use to so i eat regular food except for anything fried in oil and i keep it under my calories...i dont eat much fruits & veggies =/ ill have a salad like twice a week and i eat strawberries 3 times a week or so...

LOL...BLUSH?!?!....GIRL....YOU should ALWAYS blush, cause it's AMAZING how far you've come?...What does the HUBBY say NOWthank you again!! ur making me blush..lol....it took me 2 months to lose 15 pounds its easy in the begging to lose weight and now its just getting harder its slow...but yea i lose 15 on 2 months all doing 50 mins of pilates and 60 mins of stationary bike, and sometimes i would add some extra pilates and i did ab workouts i switched it up . and that was it plus watching my calories,fat,carbs... but the pilates got easy and was slow so now i started tae bo.
?!?!....HOT MAMA, RIGHT!....So you would do the PILATES everyday? I'm running almost daily and sometimes GYM after for some incline walk, but I'm getting the PIlates in only once a week....YOU REALLY MAKE ME WANT TO STEP it up and throw it in at least 4 days, how's the Tae Bo...lots of sweat HUH! .....I found your other page too....I added you earlier

Hey...first off you look totally aweosme! The weight lost has made SUCH a difference! I have a question for you...in your starting photo, there is a bit of belly overhang ( thats what i see in the photo anyway, could be wrong) and it looks like its GONE now..Im just starting to lose weight, and I have an overhang as well. I was just wondering, did yours completley go away? Like did the skin tighten up and everything? Im so nervous Ill have a wrinkled, hanging stomach when I lose weight![]()
