WOW SUGA....YOU LOOK soooo AMAZING! YOU ARE SOO MOTIVATING!...I'M GLAD TO HEAR THAT YOU WORK OUT LIKE CRAZY, DO YOU USE THE PILATES WITH THE BALL...WINDSOR? AT HOME? WHAT DO YOU EAT?
 
thank you !!!!no not the ball yet i have to get one....i just used the 2 pound weights...and yes i do it at home i buy dvds of it. and to eat i eat normal but i dont eat the junk food like i use to so i eat regular food except for anything fried in oil and i keep it under my calories...i dont eat much fruits & veggies =/ ill have a salad like twice a week and i eat strawberries 3 times a week or so...

How long has it taken you to lose that amount of weight? How many inches, cause you look way different!...CONGRATS!! :party:....said it b4 and I'll say it AGAIN...you look FABULOUS....I want to be where you are SOOOOO BAD....LOL! :)

thank you again!! ur making me blush..lol....it took me 2 months to lose 15 pounds its easy in the begging to lose weight and now its just getting harder its slow...but yea i lose 15 on 2 months all doing 50 mins of pilates and 60 mins of stationary bike, and sometimes i would add some extra pilates and i did ab workouts i switched it up . and that was it plus watching my calories,fat,carbs... but the pilates got easy and was slow so now i started tae bo.

LOL...BLUSH?!?!....GIRL....YOU should ALWAYS blush, cause it's AMAZING how far you've come?...What does the HUBBY say NOW :drool5:?!?!....HOT MAMA, RIGHT!....So you would do the PILATES everyday? yes i did the pilates everyday! except for sat and sun.
my hubby says i look thinner he just wants me to keep it up cause he knows that i sometimes cheat and that can put me back. he doesnt think ill get to my goal....but ill show him..lol

yes tae bo makes me sweat alot and its tiring after but it also feels good.

well you keep at it and dont give up , sometimes i do but then i tell myself do i really want to be that fat again,noo...so dont quit stick to what your doing and im sure you will look great! and im looking forward to seeing your progress pictures :)
 
Hey...first off you look totally aweosme! The weight lost has made SUCH a difference! I have a question for you...in your starting photo, there is a bit of belly overhang ( thats what i see in the photo anyway, could be wrong) and it looks like its GONE now..Im just starting to lose weight, and I have an overhang as well. I was just wondering, did yours completley go away? Like did the skin tighten up and everything? Im so nervous Ill have a wrinkled, hanging stomach when I lose weight :(

yes i still have a small overhang my skin is losse there since i had a baby and a c-section so theres a bit of skin that goes over my c-section scar but that doesnt show up...but yea its going away you just have to keep worjing that area out .
