What happened round here.. seems like the whole dang wagon tipped over.. so many of us have fallen off :p LOL

Oh well.. we all know what we got to do!
 
I fell off a while back but I'm on pretty well now. Trying to keep my seat belt buckled so I don't fall again...

BTW, 3.5kg in 3 weeks... Just to let you know. I have personally done 11 lbs in a single week, and 6.6 lbs in one day...

You aint got nuthin babe!

Well, here ya go then, sit down, strap in and start pushing right? We know how to do this, now let's do it, right?

OMFG I just got up the courage to weigh myself.. I have put on 3.5 KG in 3 weeks >_< I literally said OMG out loud when I saw that!!! Urgh so stupid!

I justify falling off the wagon as a learning curve...that you just keep coming back
round and round and round to, until you finally step into the center of the circle and find
balance :D hee hee.
Hope you don't stress about it too much! But good luck with staying strong!
It sucks trying to get motivated. I mean everyone wants to get into shape and
lose weight but sometimes actually doing what you say you should is a whole different
story. You should make a list of what keeps you motivated and try to surround yourself
with things/people/places that do!

Hey MakeMeHappy, that is a GRAND idea, I just remembered that I forgot (HAHA oh here we goo) that I have this booklet where you write out all of your accomplishment's no matter what size, and I NEED to start doing this again. SERIOUSLY!!! So I can remember and point out, that wow, even though I am here right now, and feeling low, LOOK HOW MUCH I'VE DONE!!!!
 
Gosh it's been a while, poor diary! LOL

I got demotivated, then the forum changes that were made a while back totally put me off, but now that they are back to the old software and the forum seems to be slowly picking up it might be time to say hello again!

I have since I last posted here lost a bunch of weight, and put some back on again LOL uh oh!

So much has happened since I last posted not sure I am ready to share it all... but I can say that this year has been hard for me with the weight loss, I have lost a great job I loved about 2 months ago, which lead me to binge comfort eating, and the last 3 weeks have been heavy eating due to my birthday and Easter, and I just weighed myself this morning to find that I have put on a whopping 6kg this year!!! Urgh! lol

Time to get back on the horse and start losing again :)

Thanks for dropping by and saying hello! I am pretty enthused to do this again! :D

Today...

Weighed myself, down 900gm (1.98 lb) So I am very happy with that, just got back from a walk with the doggie, which was good, rather slow though as my hips are not good today, but they will get better!

Great eating day yesterday with the exception of 1 slice of Date and Apple loaf that I thought was pretty good (no sugar sweetened with honey only) but turns out to have 450 cals a slice :ack2: anyway, it was fine, was actually below my 1400cals for the day anyway. No wine last night really helped!

Today started great, I have had scrambled eggs for breaky, I usually have oats but decided to mix it up a bit :D heheh
 
Yesterday was our 20th Wedding anniversary, and whilst we were pretty good food wise, I did have more wine than I planned LOL My food yesterday was only 900 cals, all lean protein and veggies, but the alcohol! argh! hehe

Even so I was down today by half a KG, so that is pretty good considering.

Off to work at "ridiculous o'clock" this morning, to a job I don't like, still it's not forever!

Just woke up from a snooze after starting work very early this morning, had a lovely lunch of chicken breast with salad, and am now having some plain low cal greek yoghurt.

Still got 500 Cals to go today, so planning a healthy dinner of Thai chicken Larb! Yummie!
