i dont want to get any bigger..

ive been working out for about 2 years now and i went from 120lbs to 150lbs basically all muscle. im more than happy with the progess that ive made and i dont want to gain any more size. so should i continue training just in a different way? im still going to run 5 times a week to cut up as much as possible but what other advice could you guys give me as far as foods to eat, reps, types of exercises...anything would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Well, the simple way to not build any more muscle is just to not eat in a surplus. If you are running a lot, make sure you factor in that extra amount of calories burned, and also eat your regular maintainence amount, and you shouldn't gain or lose...

so i should still keep my reps 8-12? i heard that i should be doing low weight high reps but i also heard low reps high weight...?

Low rep high weight is usually associated with strength training and by doing this and eating only the maintenance amount you won't gain much size, but you will gain some strength over a period of time.

Yep. low reps with a lot of weight isn't the best for mass building...couple that with a diet of only maintenance calories, and you shouldn't gain muscle quickly.

if you went high reps with less weight, your body would start losing muscle because its no longer needed, and because its not an advantage, from evolution's standpoint, to have a lot of extra muscle.
