i dont know why!

hi, i dont understand, 3 days ago i had a six pack and it was pretty good and just in the last 2 days its gone form a pretty good one to a not very good one at all and i havent done anything different. Like my diet and exercises and that r the same but i feel like ive put on more fat!

Anyone had this before or know why it is? or could it just be a thing that just happened and will clear up?

I need to have a good 6 pack showing again coz ive got lots of pool parties coming up soon lol.

The body tends to retain water if it doesn't get enough, so by drinking lots of it your body will release water because it feels safe, so to speak.
 
ok so in other words drinking lots of water will show off my abs better and keeping my sodium low will keep my abs showing off better to?

What about eating will that do anything aswell?
 
If you lost your six-pack in a matter of days either you're retaining water like said above, went on a binge (which you said you didn't do), or were possibly standing in bad light when ab viewing. You may have caught yourself in good light (an overhead ceiling light or sunlight) which casts shadows on your body making the curves of your muscles more prevalent. If you then viewed your abs with a low light source from the side (a lamp or setting sun) it may have appeared you lost your abs simply because your body has no shadows on it. It's a stretch but it's true.
