Here I am! You all know me, right?! Ha ha!
Let's see. Where to start? Well, I've been thinking about losing weight for a very long time but haven't actually felt committed to it until recently. I'm starting to do well with the exercising part but eating....um yeah. I definitely need to work on that more. I can do it, though! I might need a kick in the rear end if I start being really bad but I know that I can do it.
I just started exercising so I'm working my way up right now. Right now I'm doing the learn and burn portion of Turbo Jam but next week I'm going to start doing the 20 minute workout and the abs workout. After I'm comfortable with that I'll go to the next level.
I guess I should mention how much I weigh. Right now I'm 220 pounds and I'm 5'9. I'd like to weigh 145-160. I want to see how I look when I get to 160 and if I don't like it I'll continue losing.
What did I have to eat today? Do I really have to share??? Uuuugh. FINE!
Breakfast: What did I have for breakfast? Ummm.....Oh yeah. Two cupcakes.
Lunch: A Slim Fast bar
Snack: A Weight Watchers carrot cake
Dinner: A large Philly veggie sandwich from Charlies. Wouldn't be so bad if it didn't have cheese. Oh yeah and like six Oreos.
Snack: A cupcake
I'm ashamed of myself. It looks like this food journal thing is a good idea. I don't think I'd be as ashamed if other people couldn't read it but since they can it makes me want to be better. Ooooookay! I'm off. I need to start getting the kids to wind down so they'll go to sleep.
