I don't know what it feels like to be thin.

Haha, that's hilarious, overlandflyer. There's next to no downsides of being thin, the only one I've found as of yet is the cold. I'm starting to wear a sweater at work basically all day, or wrap myself in a couple blankets when I'm at home. That's a solid price considering everything else is drastically better.

2kg / 4 pounds down from my previous post. Just 1.8kg more and I dip below 70kg. Some evenings I still have a drink, some nights I snack but overall it just works, I couldn't be happier regarding this journey.
24.5 BMI. WELL DONE! :D

Hi Larek & welcome to the forum. I feel confident after reading your post that you can do this. I once weighed what you do now. Feeling good about yourself should start asap. I think it's the key to learning how to do what's best for your body.
Any time you find yourself putting yourself down stop. Be kind. Treat yourself how you would treat the ones you love.
This is a good place to have a diary. You will find it is very supportive. Cheers, Cate.

Keep yourself motivated. You definitely sound like a strong willed person! Keep it up, have some consistency and you will see some results!!!
