Good luck with all the changes that will come with going to work. Having a plan and long and short term goals will be a big help.

Well, I've gotten back on the treadmill, finally. Just going at a semi-fast walk for now. I'll pick up the pace as I get more used to it.

Cravings for sodas are something awful. I've been hanging in there, but it's been rough.

Yet, I'm doing well, I believe. I hope to make these changes last.

Yay for getting on the treadmill! Have you tried changing up your water a bit? I like adding a squeeze of lemon juice or a couple of mint leaves when I get sick of drinking water. A couple of ice cubes can also help to make it feel less like sensory deprivation.
 
How's the caffeine part going? Might be able to throw a couple teas or coffee into the mix if the water is getting too much as well. Flavoring also works like Lamaria mentioned. I've also used a few frozen berries to flavor water at times and it has helped.
