Maybe somebody will know about my problem. Well yesterday I was doing situps for a full hour from 6:50pm to 7:50pm roughly. I did 1000 situps during this time. This is the 3rd time i've done this. It doesn't hurt my back at all, my only problem is my energy gets low and/or I feel so moody. I felt so easily angered, and depressed about things in my life. I am usually not like this, also i felt like throwing up after I ate dinner that night (sushi), my abs were pressing on my stomach or something... I guess. Does anyone know about these symptoms? Please no flaming. Thank you
