I have also tried face pulls and straight arm lat pulldowns and also LTYWI's... but still I feel my upper trapz working. I also do bent over rows. Also during my deadlifts/RDL's, I still feel my upper trapz somewhat even though they are not supposed to be working period. How can I get the mid/lower trapz to work instead and get my upper trapz out of all the exercises? In every exercise I do, I feel the upper trapz somewhat. I cannot figure out how to force my upper trapz to stop getting in the way and they keep getting tighter and tighter.
