Nutrition in the most important component of all.

Train at least 4 days per weak and do cardio at least 4 days, and eat the same each day. 12 hour days are tough, I know. Make it work.

GI refers to the glycemic index, a reference for how quickly certain foods are converted into sugar in the body. It helps to differentiate which are better and worse carbs to choose. Google it for more info.
