Well, I made it to the gym today. Did 30min on the treadmill. Thats a small step in the right direction. Had subway after that and will have it again tonight.

Hats off to all those that were able to commit long enough to lose over 30lbs and continue their healthy lifestyle even after their weight loss.
 
Just venting

It seems that at least once a year I go through a bad luck spell...last year my car was totalled (sp), my deliquent bad ass little brother came and stayed with me for awhile, my grandfather passed away and in the same week I lost my cousin in Iraq.

This year so far the worse is I'm having financial issues, I dropped two classes so that's going to delay nursing school by another year, and I had a car accident, totally my fault...*sigh* Weight is really the last thing on my mind right now, but I hope to gradually improve my mood and get back into the scheme of things.

Geeeez! :cuss: I just cant catch a freakin break. My BF found out he is diabetic so we are dealing with that, plus when I went to pick up my car from the shop and drop off the rental, the stupid car rental guy ( him>>> :boxing: <<< me, I wish) is accusing me of causing a dent that I KNOW I didnt cause but I did not notice it when I 1st rented the damn thing :dupe: ! I'm so furious. You cant even see the "dent" unless you lean at an angle because its more like an impression, as if someone maybe bumped into the car. To make matters worse I couldnt afford the extra insurance so this will have to go through my insurance :banghead:.

At this point I wanna take up a few "things" to ease my anxiety ie :chillpill::beerchug::sifone:

I know this is the perfect time to try to use working out as an outlet but I really just want to call in sick from work tonight and have a big fat cheeseburger and 2 cinnamon rolls. :drool5:

At least I can say that as I write this, I'm getting a bit more calm and at least going for a walk sounds a lot better than binging.

So I think thats what I'll do, I'll go for a walk......and maybe just 1 cinnamon roll hee hee.
 
Baby Steps

Ok, so I'm not counting calories right now. I'm just gonna work on not eating out so much, at the very least not eating burgers, pizza, etc 2-5 times a week. So tonight I brung a salad, 2 boiled eggs for breakfast, an apple and chicken and potatoes. I missed my walk yesterday because I ended up going into work for OT. I'll try again tomorrow.
 
Time flys

Wow, its been about 4 days since I last "blogged". Well anywho, I haven't been TOO bad these last couple days as far as food is concerned but due to my current holiday schedule I havent made it to the gym yet.

I think I'll start this week with my December Challenge.
