hi All,
Finally after a long time i hav decide to maintain this journal, and i am sure i am going to shed off the stubborn wt dat i hav gained in the past 6 months..
well, unlike many people i am a compulsive eater in times of stress.. i just finished my xam a wk bak.. and thru these 6 months,i hav managed to gain a whole lot of absolutely unwanted wt!!
now it is time dat i work to get it off!!
i am totally inspired to work out, reading abt the experiences of the people here..
i plan to eat healthy and go to the gym.. on all wkdays ( wkends i like to relax with my hubby :) )
i'll take it slow the 1st wk and then form my routine..
going to cut down n chocolates n junk ( oh i love them !!! haha )
so guys, wish me luc to help become fit and stay fit.. and hope to interact with u guys soon..

Hey! From what I saw it seems like you and me are in the same situation - stress, increased appetite, a lot of weight gain in the past 6 months...

wel, returned after 3 days brk.. well, wkend was relaxation... we watched spiderman.. i liked it.. back to my routine today.. have a lot of errands to run.. wil go to the gym later during d day.. yest my hubby an dI went 4 a eve walk after he returned from wrk.. was really nice.. the weather was so beautiful.. our apt cplx is totally green and the tulips add to the beauty.. we sat by the fountain for a while...i'm going to miss this place like crazy when we shift!!!
well, bak to the main topic...!!! started off today with a healthy bfast... sprouts and coffee ( i am a coffee freak.. so coffee is a must :) ) wil prob eat little cereals if io feel hungry later..) wil minimise on junk food... i'll eat a gud balance of all food in limited quantity.. as the moment i say.. " time to diet " i'm going to feel very hungry... and wil end up hogging!! haha..

r u in the 150s cm too? I can't find many with that height in here.
I love coffee too! It's a must-hv for me every morning and break. Heh... i've learnt to cope with decaf if i drink more than 3 cups a day.

hope to know u better. i havn't been in here for a long time. so hopefully my butt stays here for a long while. i'll come by yr diary whenever i can.

well, wkend was fun.. relaxed.. and did enjoy eating.. but didnt overeat to the extent dat i wld feel bad.. now dat the wk has started i hav to get bak to a stricter regime.. hav to watch wat i eat.. i must remember to drink enough water.. know dat is imp.. ok lets see how today goes..
 
well, yest was gud.. ate balanced,, exercised 4 a while as well as played some tennis .. tennis was fun.. though i was just hitting the ball everwhere except on court :) haha.. hope today is gud too!!
 
umm.. well, yest , wasnt too gud.. ate lots of sweets.. i had a craving 4 sweets.. doesnt happen too often..i do get craving 4 snacks... but sweets just once in a while.. anyways.. lots of cal into my body.. lets see how 2day wrks out 4 me... gud to all of u!
