I am 15 years old and I weight 165 pounds. I am also 5 foot 4 tall. I realize I am over weight. My BMI is 28, which is one point over from an average of 27. I am trying to work every day to lose weight. I am eating less and trying to exercise more. I walk every day for 30 minutes. I am not sure if this is enough time a day or not to work out, but this is what I have been doing. I try to eat healthier. I do not have a lot of money to spend, so lately I have just been eating a salad or fruit, or spaghetti, but not a lot of it. The main problem I have is not having enough motivation. I am very motived for about the first week, but after that I just start to quickly lose interest. What would really help me is to hear other people's success stories. This is the main reason why I joined this sight, was to hear other people's stories, and maybe get some simple healthy recipe ideas and new ways of exercise that worked for people. I would really appreciate your stories and tips to help me out.
