I wish we had Crystal Light here too. I know you can buy them off amazon, but unfortunately they don't ship them to Australia It would definitely make water more appetising...
344 today - 44 down and counting. It's hard for me to tell if there's been any changes though. For a day it felt like my pants were fitting more loosely but I haven't noted any changes since then. But I guess I really haven't been at it very long either really. No rush.
Still eating lots of grilled chicken sandwiches and salads. Home made sandwiches and cans of soup too. The occasional burger and even fries once but I'm staying below 2k cals a day. I'm saving a lot of money compared to what I used to spend on food.
Good for you for taking control. Read and learn as much as you can. Having said that I think its detrimental to try to change too much at once. If you can identify one diet vice and eliminate just that one thing, you will make progress. To be healthy you need to drink half your weight in ounces of water EVERY day. That is first and foremost in my book.
I think we all know very well what we need to do to lose weight once we decide to do it. I am realizing that all I have to do is what works for me,and same with y ou. Any old way we can lose it and increase our health with activity then that's what we should do.

Doing alright. I'm doing a new plan that involves a lot more care and attention with what I eat. That's part of what my trip out of town was about. Anyway, I think I'm going to take a hiatus from this log. Might resume when I have more time though.
