I been working out but it seems like im getting fat?

hi i used to have really skinny arms, so i been working out and doing bicep and tricep excrises for a while. it does seem like my arm got alot bigger, but when im not flexing, the arm seems really loose and when i touch it its really soft, is it just me or i just gained fat on it?
 
Full body definitely will be better, but what does your diet look like? If you are eating a lot more, then you probably are adding on some fat. Not a bad things. Give it some time and you muscle will start to catch up and lean you out.. but it really is all in the diet.
 
It's entirely possible to put on excess fat even though you're working out. Working out is half of the equation, diet is the other.

Hey there mate, this info is simply not enough for any of us to understand what's happening. Have you got any measurements, preferably before and after?
How much was your weight before you started exercising and what's your weight now? Any pictures? How much is your weight, what's your height, how old are you?
 
I'm gonna third the full body motions and diet. You aren't going to get anywhere sitting around doing arm curls and eating triple cheeseburgers.
