Hi People of this wonderful Fitness forum!
I will get straight to the point in what I hope you can assist me in.
Here are some key points which may help:
-I am 16 yrs of age and am Male, I have been going to the Gym on an average of 2 times week doing 1hour to 1h 30mins sessions for the past 2 months and intend to continue but maybe move up to 3/4 times a week.
I usually am pretty worn out after that and really do push myself.
-I am Vegetarian and have a feeling that I may not be getting any where near enough protein seeing as just about my only source of protein appears to be (sheeps) cheese and (goats) Milk, I don't have much Dairy produce because it's what I'm used to.
- I don't really appear fat or bulky, infact I think it's fair to say I look alright, I think I just have some excess fat which maybe needs to go before I gain more muscle as apparently a layer of fat would make the muscle un-noticeable. I checked out a Body Fat Calculator on the net and it said I have a Body Fat of around 13.5%, I could be wrong seeing as it said 13.5 is like an athlete (wtf?), so here's the details
Weight:70kg (11 stone, 154 pounds)
Height:5 Ft 9.5"
Wrist: 6"
Forearm: 10"
Waist: 31"
Hips: 32"
-My ultimate goal is to gain noticeable muscle by the Summer which doesn't seem too unrealistic!? and offcourse to feel better about myself, healthier lifestyle, etc.
If Anyone could help then that would be brilliant!
