i am confused: are there different kinds of dead lifts???

i hear that there are dead lifts that develope legs and deadlifts that develope back strength. Can someone clarify how to perform these differently if they exist???

Seriously the only way you are going to get the results that you want and what we all want is by understanding how things work - a pilot just doesnt jump in a plane and fly without any understanding.

Fitness is not just about lifting and eating right.

I think you will find it enjoyable learning about your structure and how you can make your own plan to enhance who you are and how you look... i sure did!

One thing is to, we are always learning about this 'hobby' so it never gets boring!
 
good point; i think that when i grow up that is what i am going to do-probably be a person who knows all the muscles and maybe il be a personal trainer...
