Yes we can do it! Angel, I'm jealous you have a home gym. That's so convenient. And with it sitting there, I would feel bad if I didn't use it. We are similar. I think I have pretty big bones too, but I'm not quite 5'6". But I am definitely taller than 5'5". Maybe thats where that extra 5 pounds comes in. Although I've never weighed that little since I got this tall. I don't really know where I got that number from, it just seemed good to me.
Gymchica: be careful with the junkfood. I don't know how you are, but I have to have none at all, or I will eat too much of it. Find something that works for you to get your mind off it, or physically get away from it, if you feel a craving.
Today was really good for me. I had a really big breakfast, but then I was really careful for the rest of the day, so I think I still only had around 1600 calories. My workout wasn't great, but I did take a nice half hour walk around campus, so that will help, I'm sure.
Do you guys ever reward yourselves for making your goals. I already have planned to go shopping with some of my friends after our last exam on Thursday. I want to say, like, I can get a new outfit if I get to 134 (I think thats doable). And if I don't make it, then I don't. Do you think thats a good idea.
Ok, I gotta go to bed. I didn't do as much studying as I should have today, so I gotta get up early-ish to do it tomorrow. Goodnight. Thanks for writing. And goodluck with your own goals.
