After losing 7kgs (then making me 70kgs) I only put it all back on during Easter holidays.
But for the past couple of months or so, I've focused on just maintaining the weight I am currently at- Which is 73kgs. And I have successfully kept it like that!
Now Summer is here, I plan on getting more active during my holidays.
I've started jogging around the block for 15 minutes (3 times a week), and it has had instant effects on my appearance and self-image. I'm going to keep doing it.
Myself personally believes that even though I didn't reach my goal weight of 67 before my graduation, I've never felt more comfortable.
I am a growing girl- I have learned that, so my growing height {plus} 4-5kgs of weight loss over this year has really had a positive, and drastic effect on my appearance and confidence, surprisingly.
Thank you for the support that I received when I first posted here near the start of the year.
I'm going to come back a little more often to get myself motivated again to be more active, instead of sitting here all day.
