Feb 11th.
It's been two days now that I havn't been eating the proper (healthy) food that I should. I ate constantly and thinking about it now..my heads hurts =X
I feel bad, a little disappointed, and a very tiny part of me says, *oh who cares just wat anything* Arrg! but I can do this, it's a lifetime of healhty living.
I just wanted to know what some of you do when you *cheat and eat a lot of unhealthy food? do you drink a lot of water ect.
hopefully I can keep this up, I need to for myself, maybe I motivation.
I plan on getting a gym membership, should I or should I just go for a walk.
I also have the DDR game, I heard someone (a guy) lost a lot of weight from that and eating healthy, maybe I should start playing that game.
anyways that's how I feel today, not the greatest but something inside says I'm not giving up. not now.
Oh and what do you do when you feel like giving up? how do you take it all in and where do you turn to??
