Hope you feel better soon:) About the whole gym-thing, I think they've made those special rooms if you don't feel to comfortable to be working out with the "normal" people. I always go to the womens area just beacuse I can have it all to myself most days anyway.
Anyway like wishes said, its different from person to person wether or not the gym is something you like or not. So if you feel you get all you need from the videos you do then stick to that. Maybe someday you reconsider and take up running or the gym or swimming. Whatever make you feel comfortable:)
Anyway hope the homework are making more sense. See you tomorrow:)
 
Thanks all. Today is some holiday that I am not celebrating and we're out of school. I get to go to work instead lol. yay!

I did get to exercising last night. I did the "fat burner" taebo for the first time. I like that one! :)

I wish I had time to post more, but I have to get ready!!!!
 
Yeah, all the kids here are out of school, too. And it's my mom's birthday. I think my sister probably gave her the best present. My mom usually watches my neice and nephew after school, and on days their out if my sister isn't off work. Well, she works at a bank, so she's off today, too, so my mom gets her birthday just her and my dad! LOL.

Today I worked 8:30-6:30.....eh, 3.5 hours longer than I was supposed to. The crazy Subway inspector came to the store just as I was about to get off.....ugh. I finally left because he was taking too long. Sooooooo, I hope we did ok, but oh well. I'm tired! lol

For food....I could count my food for today on one hand....28 green grapes, 3/4 personal veggie pizza, 2 eggs. Tada! Even if I was a flinstone, I would have been fine! I really need to eat some veggies and protein!! Gonna go start on that....Robert was nice enough to cook dinner....:( It's this dumpling thing with, dare I even say it, English peas! :( Yuck! lol Sooooo, I might be cooking some chicken and broccoli soon!

Ok, gonna go check up on some diaries! :D Later!
 
Umm....the "counting on one hand" part and the flintstones only have 3 fingers....:D

I am so glad for the language barrier I have when you all talk about food, that's alittle too much for my poor vocabulary, but I guess it's nothing good in this case:) Hope you survive it:) Anyway, good work on the fat burner taebo, keep it up!
 
Thanks everybody! I'm a lil perturbed because my scale has only moved down one pound in the last week! So I got up this morning and did my fat burning taebo this MORNING!!! Hopefully it'll keep my energy up all day and now I'm going to go get some breakfast and go to class! Later!
