Hydroxycut for weight lifting?

Does anyone out there take hydroxycut??? One of my friends takes it and he says it works great...but he didnt specify what it works great lol....hes 15 and....In good shape I guess....what does it do??...does anyone recommend it (casue he said he could get me some) and does the fact that we are 15 matter at all??
 
It's a thermogenic. Helps you burn more calories in a day. It's for weight loss (and ergo, "cutting")
 
i dont know, i bought it and used it for a while but i didnt go along with what the directions said. first day i got it i took 3 pills and i guess that was too much because i was pacing around in my room from the caffine or something. i dont know about being 15 and using it .... that might mess with stuff thats happening in your body
 
don't drink alcohol anytime near you take a thermogenic
i'd wait 6-8 hours after until ur ok to drink.
just a heads up, as it's not a nice feeling when the two are mixed in your system :p
 
Yep. It's filled with thermogenic compounds - it's not used primarily as one, though. You woudln't go into a nutritional store and say "Can I get a thermogenic" and have them hand you a Red Bull - but it does contain compounds that will increase your metabolism and energy usage.
