Is/has anyone used hydroxy cut... How does it work... I am seriously considering it.

. What about meal replacement shakes, can anyone recommend good ones?..

I have only been on the weight loss path about 1 month, I'm having mixed success just having trouble keeping to my diet when i'm in a rush and fast food seems like the only option.

Here are some podcast on wellness//weight loss, that are great.

... Anyways if anyone could let me know about the hydroxy cut, and the shakes, I'm also looking for more workout/wellness/weight loss podcast or youtube vids online i can watch to learn about workout/weight loss methods.

thanks!
Kindest Regards,
Ben

Hydroxycut won';t help you with that..

and use the search button you'll find a few threads on weight loss pills and meal replacement shakes..

I have used Hydroycut in the past. It does give you a boost in energy, but can make you jittery. Being mostly herbal ingredients, they smell and taste bad. However, I think the only reason they increase metabolism is by making you twitchy and hyper. They were fine for me because I used the extra energy for workouts. Personaly, I would rather drink a can of Monster or Full Throttle energy drink. Be careful with any of these type diets pills/energy drinks that contain caffeine, they can increase your blood pressure. I know I can't speak for everyone who is overweight, but most of us have elevated blood pressure as it is.

As far as meal replacement shakes, I always liked GNC protein powder mixed with 6 oz water and 6 oz skim milk. There is a fridge at work that I could keep a half gallon of milk and a jug of water to keep cold. You can also keep a small tuperware container with the powder, or buy the box with single serve pouches, and buy a small bottle of water at a gas station and shake it in that. It tastes better in milk, but can be consumed in water alone.

hydroxycut

I bought Hydroxycut 2 days ago and so far I feel ok, just little headaches, but more energy.
Today I had a doctor's appointment so I asked him about these pills. He said that these pills as any other are passed throu all inspections as "food supplement" which makes the producer company avoid all the FDA and other approval checks....He said these pills were never tested on humans and not even animals!!!! That people maybe dont die from them, but nobody knows the effects on these drugs in long-terms...
Oh, and also, my heart rate was too high from so much coffeine....usually it is low...

Now I'm scared to continue taking them...

I would suggest not taking it. I have a friend who wanted to lose weight so he started doing drugs. It worked for him but also altered his psyche. I see food supplements and diet pills as a form of legal drug that should not be consumed.

Just my opinion but the doctors visit should have put things into perspective.
