Hybrid Exercises

Hey Guys,

Started a new workout last night that I really enjoyed. Essentially it is made up of hybrid exercises which combines deadlifts and squats, lunges and miltary press, bent over row's and romanian deadlift. Then I finish of with weighted pushups and some pull-ups/chin-ups.

I found that I needed less weight to make sure I had proper form case some of the movements required excellent stability. I also find I was sorer than after my usual workout.....it was much more taxing muscularly and much more cardio fitness required. I also liked the fact that you need minimum equipment and it is very time efficient.

Have you guys tried some of these movements? any pro's and con's?

Just FYI, I am in a cutting phase...trying to reduce bf%.
