How's this routine for a beginner

alternating days

first day- bench press (i like to use dumbells rather then barbell.. is this ok)
rows
chin ups
curls
push ups

second day- deadlift
squats
pull ups
couple of machines to target chest and biceps
crunches/abs

rest on sunday
 
so you alternate these every day and just rest on sunday? I don't really get what kind of split it is, but that doesn't really matter. Doesn't look too bad, you've got big compounds in it.
