10 am . protein shake ,bowl of cherios
1230. smoked turkey on whole wheat bread ,some fruit
3 .tuna fish and protein shake
6. chicken or steak
8.another smoked turkey sandwich and some fruit
11.left over chicken or steak

before bed . glass of milk.
 
lol "6. chicken or steak" "11.left over chicken or steak"... im laughing because it looks like my eating sched right there... looks really good to me! maybe a multivitamin in the morning??
 
what are your goals? i dont see any good healthy fats in there. have carbs and fats or one of the other with your proteins :)
