How's This For A New Workout?

Ok next week will be 7 weeks that i've been working out, then i'm gonna take a week off cuz i have Spring Break so i probably won't drive half an hour to my school to work out. Then after that i come back to school and i go to school monday through thursday. So i was thinking about this for a new workout.

Monday - Chest, triceps, shoulders, abs

Tuesday - Back, Biceps, forearms, legs, obliques

Wednesday - Same as Monday

Thursday - Same as Tuesday

Friday through Sunday - Rest

Is that ok or no? Also, what exactly is the push/pull routine? Because i was thinking about doing that. Thanks for the feedback.

well it's an ok one if you can fit all your back and leg stuff in the same houre. that just wouldn't be possable for me. you might be better off doing a 4 day split. an easy way to figure that out is like any movement going away from you is push , and vise versa with pull. you do all your push one day and pull the next, kinda self explanitory.

If you want to do that routine and like Phaledax said, you can get it in in an hour without suffering form, go for it. Move your rest day to wednesday though.

I agree with Allen about moving your routine around. I would hesitate doing back and legs together. An hour probably isn't enough time to get a solid back and solid leg workout in. Go for the push/pull workouts like phaldex and allen suggested.
