I just noticed, while I happened to be randomly poking around my stomach, that while my abs are pretty hard, the side is rather EXTREMELY weak. Now, I was like "wtf?! How come this is so weak?"
Anyway's, anyone know of any exercises to strengthen these weaklings? Without the use of machines, or equipment.
