How to rebound from shoulder injury??

ok guys, long story short i ran into a pine tree today mountain biking and now have an AC Separation of the right shoulder. Went to the doc today and he slung it and told me it should start to feel better in 3-4 days.

Anyway; do yal have tips or things i can do once the pain goes away that will help it to get strong again? i mean i was thinking rotator cuff movements with weight but is there any more physical therapy like stuff i can do??

You really need to talk to your doctor about the timeline of when you can start doing exercises that affect your shoulder, and what you should start with. When you have an injury, any injury, you need to make sure you don't make it worse by doing things that may cause more damage.
 
or talk to a sports doctor or physical therapist.

i ahve no idea how severe your injury is...I've been lucky enough to avoid anything that required a doctor's visit (though I should have gone to see one when i jacked up my knee 4-5 years ago)
