ok guys, long story short i ran into a pine tree today mountain biking and now have an AC Separation of the right shoulder. Went to the doc today and he slung it and told me it should start to feel better in 3-4 days.
Anyway; do yal have tips or things i can do once the pain goes away that will help it to get strong again? i mean i was thinking rotator cuff movements with weight but is there any more physical therapy like stuff i can do??
