I have always had normal weight but never liked my body shape. I wanted to be slimer and I used to jog every day (i still do it) Now i see that my butt does not exist anymore!!! :confused4: but i still have fat on my belly (not much but still) and sometimes it seems like my belly has the same size with my butt... I'd like to make my buttocks bigger and belly complitly fatless... my question is: will some muscle-strengthening exercises help me or will they make everything worse ? IS every person able to make his muscles bigger or it depends on individual physiology?
