How To Lose 15kg in 4weeks???

Yes I know it sounds extreme:) but am going away next month and wont b happy in a bikini weighing anymore than that and i'm sure it can be done any tips???thanks:)

Not safely. Good luck in your quest but doubt you'll get many positive response simply because it's not safe. My advice, buy a suit you are more comfortable in and lose the weight slowly.
 
No negative reps from me. I think its great you are here seeking advice. I'm beginning the weight loss battle and it's almost overwhelming.

You know the healthy way is loosing like 4-5 pounds a month. Haha even if you do loose the weight you are still going to be nasty. Imagine the stretch marks and the flabby skin you are going to have lol. Eh

You want to lose 37 pounds in 28 days. That's > 1.3 lbs per day. It's generally considered to be 3500 calories per pound, so for you that would be 4550 calorie per day deficit. As a full grown man who lifts weight regularly, I burn less than that. So even starvation won't get you there. Give it up before you hurt yourself and go have a nice vacation.

Whether you lose all 37lbs doesnt matter. Try your hardest, while eating right and exercising hard. I doubt you'll be unhappy if you lose 15.

Many "lose weight quick" diets take off alot of water weight, and while this does take off weight, you risk dehydration, and, after all, water isn't makig you "fat"; the FAT is.
Your body burns about 1500-2500 calories a day, and a poud of fat contains 3500 calories. In other words, to lose a pound a day, you would have to eat NOTHING and then BURN ANOTHER 1000-2000 calories! Very bad idea.
Fasting is the WORST way to lose weight; your body goes into starvation mode and slows down. The only REAL SAFE way to lose weight is to lose it slowly and sensibly by eating better, exercising more. A pound a day is unreasonable, unsafe, and anyone who tells you otherwise if scamming you.
