Hi ya'll. I'm new here but have been looking around this forum for quite some time and I love coming here. So I decided to sign up. I hope you all can give me some tips on how to stay in shape in a foreign country. I'm from Malaysia but recently came to Australia now at a University (UC) to further my studies.
I haven't gotten the chance to workout for quite some time now and the gym here cost alot. The food here is also a little tough to get used too and am rarely hungry so I basically have a hard time keeping to my 6 times a day meal. I can feel like im loosing some muscle and with the cold weather here, it only makes things worse. Im doing pushups and pullups but aint sure whether thats working. Could anyone provide some tips on what I could do to stay in shape until I get enough money to hit the gym. Thanks.
