How to hit my deltoids

Hey guys,

So I've been making good progress, dropping fat and gaining lean mass. My main concern is that I'm not gaining enough size on my deltoids and my biceps and triceps are making them look slightly smaller than they should look. I mix it up a lot when I hit the gym but I usually cycle through lateral raises, front deltoid raises, shrugs, shoulder press and rowing, bench, and all the other standard complex, and a few rare isolation exercises which should hit the deltoids. Is there a GREAT exercises that I can do that I'll REALLY rip up my deltoids with?

If you are dropping fat then you are in a deficit, if you are in a deficit you are not going to gain size. Also I hope you aren't hitting all those in one workout.

What is your current program like?

As far as great deltoid movements...

Presses (seated, military,arnold)
Upright rows
Lying rear delt rows

That will hit all the sides.

No. I did a short bulk when I got back to school of about 3 weeks. But I had put on fat over break so I decided to do an early cut. Put on about 5 pounds of muscle during the 3 weeks and actually lost 7 pounds of fat too (probably the novice-effect). Right now I'm cutting, but even during the bulk my shoulders didn't seem to grow much. I started out at about 17.1% jan 11th. For now I'm just trying to get down to 8%. (I have a body fat scale and measure at consistent times under consistent conditions).

This is me tonight at about 160lb and 12.6% body fat. I have a stupid look on my face which I hope you'll forgive. Tell me what you think about my shoulders.
