how to get my abs to show

exctly how do i do it? do i just need to lose more fat? i have a six pack thats hard to notice unless i flex. im 5 9, 150 lbs. i already do 500 sit ups a day. what else can i do?
 
What you have is an external layer of fat covering your abdominals. I just posted a reply to timmay's thread explaining bf%. You need to get your total bf% down in order to become more defined and see your abdominals. I would suggest doing some sort of cardio 4 times a week, and watching your diet. Good abs usually result from a good diet. Try not to eat any sweets, no junk food, sodas, ect. Eat fresh vegetables and fruits, ect.
