I'm sure this is a frequently asked question, especially with women. I'm not fat or overweight, but I wouldn't be considered skinny. I'm pretty average. Like most females, I have a small lower stomach. It's not a major problem, but like any girl, I would like to have a flat stomach. I've read some posts and advice on excersises and it seems that crunches aren't all that effective. Are there any exercises I could do or maybe some changes in my diet that would help tone my stomach? Thanks for any suggestions.
