How to do weight training

Hello all, My brother and I have been on a cardio routine for a while and we want to incorporate weight training, but we are lost as to how to do it. Can someone help us out with an example schedule.. Thanks much.
 
how old are you both. what are your goals. how much time will you be putting in to this.

Yoiu should write your own plan as I dont know about your lifestyle or equipment, sleep or diet. Knowledge is 50% of everything, If I tell you what to do, you wont know why ur doing it.
