Two people have PM'ed for instructions, and I've been a little busy to respond, so i'll post it here in case there are more questions...
1. In your Reply, towards the bottom of the Reply, you'll see a button titled Go Advanced, select that button.
2. Towards the bottom, you'll see a button titled Manage Attachments, select that button
3. Select the Browse button and scroll to where your image is stored on your hard drive, and select the image and click Upload
4. Select Close this window
5. Enter your reply and select Submit
that should attach the image for you...
you want to make sure that the image is smaller than 100K - otherwise it won't upload...
is a free application that you can download and use it to resize your images so they are the correct size
