Hi,
I was just wondering how tired everyone is just after a workout?..
I ask because I've switched recently from doing a FBW which consisted of around 10-12 exercises ending with pressups/situps to faliure TO another FBW which has only about 7/8 exercises, still has the same big 4/5 exercises and a couple of iso's.. BUT because it has less exercises overall, and I don't end it with any 'to faliure' stuff, I'm ending the workout feeling pretty energised..
With the older one I was SO tired after a workout I would sometimes just collapse on the floor for a few seconds and even after that I felt kinda light on my feet and it took about half an hour or so before I felt re-energised.. With the newer one I definitely feel like I've done a workout, but its just that I still have some energy..
Is there a correct level of intensity you should aim for? Or is it just a case of you should make sure form is good and you can do the exercises and ignoring intensity?..
Thanks!!
