Hi, I am 23. My height is 5.7 and I weigh 170 pounds.

how much should I lose in order to be in correct fitness.

I have big cheeks,fat on chest and a small belly.

How should I reduce these and wht diet should I maintain..

i hate to toot my own horn but check out the thread in weight training that is called circuit training... its working for me... its tightening me up and helping me lose weight...

depending on your frame depends on your "ideal" weight
