I do 3 sets of 10 for each except the bench press with a minutes rest in between.Bench press is 3 sets of 12.
Yeah I understand the weight is awful but considering how skinny I didn't want to hurt myself and that weight gave me some decent increase.
What weight should I bring it up to?
After two months with 30lbs what weight would be good to increase to?I've no idea what I should try,hence why I'm here.
