So,
I´m 17 years old and very athletic.
The thing is I work out like 6 times a week, so I take about one day a week off for my muscles to recover.
Plus I do pretty much the same routine every day: Bench press, dumb-bells, exercise for shoulders and back and abs.
Recently a friend told me that was completely wrong, because my muscles wouldn't have enough time to recover. So he thinks I don't gain as much muscle as if I took more days off or didn't repeat everything every day.
Now I don't really belief that, cause it seems to be working very fine for me and the friend I was talking about is nowhere as muscular as I am.
What do you think????
I really appreciate your answers!
