How much does the average weight bench cost?

I am looking for the one that you could adjust, so it could be inclined and whatnot...I tried looking around to day and they were all like $250.00+ (Canadian), so is this how much they normally cost or are these prices too high (which I think they are?) but correct me if I'm in the wrong though.

If I cant find something cheaper I would probably buy it anyways because I NEED it, bad.
 
I spent around $200 US for my Body Basics adjustable incline bench. no rack for a barbell either.

its very well constructed...would last a home user a lifetime. lifetime warranty I think too.

Look around at garage sales, or see if there's a used fitness equipment store in your town. We have a couple...Play it Again Sports is one of them. People are always giving up on fitness and selling their old stuff for cheap since its usually bulky and takes up too much space in their home.

the benches in a gym are usually $500 or more, as they have to withstand 12-24 hours a day of continued use...big bolts, bigger welding seams, etc.
